Video insights

@foxnews's TikTok video "Elon Musk is putting more than $276 million behind Republicans ahead of the midterms, and he's doing it without the high-profile campaign appearances that defined his support for President Trump in 2024. The world's only trillionaire is now the biggest known donor of the election cycle, including a staggering $158 million contribution to the main super PAC backing Republican Senate candidates. Another $76 million is going to America PAC, which is rebuilding the massive door-knocking operation it used to help elect Trump in 2024. Musk is also directing $10 million toward a group supporting Texas Republican Senate nominee Ken Paxton. The spending marks a dramatic reversal from May 2025, when Musk said he planned to scale back his political contributions, declaring, "I think I've done enough." Now, with control of Congress on the line, Musk is pouring money into Republican races while largely staying out of the spotlight." has 81,593 views, 1,529 likes, 103 comments, 19 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
