@shankargr06's TikTok video "Chicken with Mushroom Sauce ✨ A fantastic main course idea 👌 Ingredients 6–7 small pieces of chicken breast For marinating the chicken: Mix with salt, black pepper, red chili powder, and 3–4 tablespoons of cooking oil; let it rest for half an hour. For the mushroom sauce: 400g mushrooms 1 tablespoon butter 1 onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 heaping tablespoon flour 400ml vegetable or chicken broth 1 small glass (approx. 100ml) liquid cream 1 teaspoon each of: Salt Black pepper Red chili powder Thyme First, sear the marinated chicken pieces on both sides in a non-stick pan; remove them from the pan and set aside. Melt the butter in the same pan and sauté the onions. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook, stirring, until they release and reabsorb their liquid. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly, then do the same with the flour. Add the vegetable or chicken broth, spices, and garlic; stir and bring to a boil. Add the cream and stir; let it come to a boil once. If the sauce is too thick, add a little water; if it is runny, leave it as is—it thickens as it rests. Return the cooked chicken to the pan and place it into the sauce. Cook over medium heat for 10–15 minutes. Finally, you can add chopped parsley if desired. It is delicious served with mashed potatoes 👌. Bon appétit ✨" has 235,557 views, 3,293 likes, 29 comments, 487 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
