@bransonareabreakingnews's TikTok video "Missing Ozarks Man Found Alive in Bizarre Forest Discovery A three-day search for a missing 78-year-old man near Branson ended with rescuers making a discovery they never expected. The man disappeared after heading into the Ozark woods to hunt for mushrooms. Search crews eventually located his abandoned walking stick and mushroom basket along a narrow trail and continued deeper into the forest. That’s when rescuers reportedly heard a faint voice coming from above them. Crews looked up and discovered the missing man partially trapped inside an enormous Venus flytrap nearly 20 feet above the ground. Rescuers used ladders and ropes to reach him and eventually pulled him free. He was exhausted and severely dehydrated but conscious and was transported to a nearby hospital, where he is expected to recover. The discovery took another bizarre turn when crews found numerous additional giant flytraps growing throughout the surrounding woods. Officials are now investigating where the enormous plants came from and just how far they may have spread." has 2,204 views, 58 likes, 2 comments, 8 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
