🎃 Nutella Scoopable Pumpkin Patch Cookies Ingredients: * ½ cup butter (113g), softened * ½ cup brown sugar (100g) * ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) * 1 large egg (50g) * 1 tsp vanilla bean paste (5g) * 1½ cups all-purpose flour (180g) * ½ tsp baking soda (2.5g) * ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) * 1 cup chocolate chips (170g) * Nutella, for filling * Pillsbury Pumpkin Sugar Cookie Dough * Pillsbury Ghost Sugar Cookie Dough @Pillsbury 👻 Instructions Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla bean paste and mix until combined. Add the flour, baking soda, and salt, then mix until a soft cookie dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop the dough into 6 large portions. Flatten each portion slightly and place a spoonful of Nutella in the center. Carefully wrap the dough around the Nutella, making sure the filling is completely sealed inside. Place the stuffed cookie dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the oven and gently press pieces of Pillsbury Pumpkin and Ghost Sugar Cookie Dough onto the tops of the cookies. Return to the oven and bake for another 7–10 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still soft.
