Video insights

@latha_jay's TikTok video "One minute you’re 20, convinced you have all the time in the world. Then somehow you blink, and you’re approaching 40 wondering how two entire decades became memories. So enjoy it. Take the trip. Wear the dress. Take the picture. Get in the picture. Call your parents. Sit with your grandparents and listen to the stories you’ve already heard a hundred times. Stay up too late laughing with your friends. Fall in love. Change your mind. Start over. Take the risk. Let yourself be a beginner. Stop waiting until you lose the weight, make more money, feel more confident, have more time, or finally have everything figured out. Because life isn’t waiting for you to be ready. Your 20s don’t need to be perfect. Your 30s don’t need to look like anyone else’s. You are allowed to evolve, unravel, rebuild, and become someone completely different along the way. But please, be here for it. These are the days you’ll someday wish you could visit for just five more minutes. Don’t rush through them trying to get to the next version of your life.
