In a separate wok, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the cauliflower and stir-fry for about 10 minutes. 6. Add salt, red chilli, green chilli and fresh coriander. Cook until the cauliflower is soft. 7. Add the cooked cauliflower to the keema and cook together on very low heat for another 5 minutes. 8.
