A MOTHER WE LOST… A SOUL WE WILL NEVER FORGET اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ أُمًّا فَقَدْنَاهَا، وَاغْفِرْ لَهَا مَا أَسَرَّتْ وَمَا أَعْلَنَتْ، وَمَا عَلِمْنَا وَمَا جَهِلْنَا اللَّهُمَّ آنِسْ وَحْشَتَهَا، وَنَوِّرْ قَبْرَهَا، وَاجْعَلِ الْجَنَّةَ دَارَهَا، اللَّهُمَّ اجْبُرْ قُلُوبَنَا عَلَى فِرَاقِهَا، وَاجْمَعْنَا بِهَا فِي جَنَّتِكَ، لَا فِي دُنْيَاكَ. اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْهَا رَحْمَةً تُغْنِيهَا، وَنُورًا يُحْيِيهَا، وَجَنَّةً تُكْرِمُهَا O Allah, have mercy on a mother we have lost. Forgive her for what she kept hidden and what she made known, and for what we knew and what we did not know. O Allah, comfort her loneliness, illuminate her grave, and make Paradise her home. O Allah, mend our hearts through the pain of losing her, and reunite us with her in Your Paradise, not in this world. O Allah, shower her with a mercy that is sufficient for her, a light that gives her life, and a Paradise that honors her.
