Renting a car in Mallorca? Read this before you book 🚗🌴 If you really want to discover the island, I definitely recommend having a car. Some of Mallorca’s best beaches, hidden coves, villages and viewpoints are much easier to explore when you have the freedom to move around. But don’t automatically book the cheapest option you find online. Always check the insurance, deposit, credit card requirements and pickup conditions. I’d also be careful with intermediaries like Booking.com or Ryanair, because insurance purchased through them can be separate from the rental company’s own coverage. And especially during the busier months, book your car before arriving. Prices can increase and the best options can sell out. After 9 years living in Mallorca and trying different companies, these are the ones I personally recommend: 🚗 Offugo - everything is contactless through your phone, you pick up the car directly at the airport without a shuttle or traditional rental desk, and there’s no big car deposit or credit card needed. Use MYMALLORCADIARY for 10% off. 🚗 Wiber - they have a shuttle from the airport to their office. I recommend their Smart / All Inclusive option, and you’ll find my Wiber discount code in the link in my profile. 🚗 SIXT - a great option if you’re a young driver or looking for a premium car. You’ll find my discounted booking link in my profile. And this isn’t only for Mallorca. The same things are worth checking when renting a car anywhere in Spain, and you can use my discount codes and booking links in other Spanish destinations too. 🇪🇸 👉 You’ll find all my recommended car rental options and discounts in the link in my profile. 💛 . . . . . . . #mallorcaspain #majorque #mallorcaisland #maiorca #malle — @mymallorcadiary TikTok
