Video insights

@lauralearnstohike's TikTok video "Despite the heat, our hiking group hiked the Classic Loop Trail at Lula Lake Labd Trust in north Georgia. The hike included a Mountain View, 2 waterfalls and a beautiful lake. We hiked 5 miles with almost 800 ft of elevation gain. With the summer heat being so brutal, remember to for water breaks more than usual, drink electrolytes before your hike and stay out of the sun as much as possible. I also like to keep cold water in my water bladder and ice water in my car for after the hike. Let me know if you have other tips when hiking in the heat. #hikingtips #hikingtrail #womenwhohike #hikinggroup" has 4,912 views, 198 likes, 27 comments, 22 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
