@smashingdiy's TikTok video "#ad See ahs.com/contracts for coverage details, including service fees, limitations and exclusions. I thought I was ready for fixer-upper life… until everything started breaking at once 😅 From random plumbing issues to appliances like washers, dryers, and dishwashers deciding they’re DONE, I’ve learned the hard way that homeownership comes with a lot of unexpected surprises. And not just inconvenient ones—expensive ones too. This process made me realize how helpful a home warranty could’ve been. Instead of scrambling to figure out what to do (who to contact), you’ve got a plan in place. See ahs.com/contracts for coverage details, including service fees, limitations and exclusions. With American Home Shield, you know who to contact and AHS will send a Pro to diagnose the issue, and if they can’t repair it, they’ll replace the covered item. It’s one of those things you don’t think about…until you really need it. If you’re a homeowner (especially with an older home like mine), it’s definitely worth looking into. Comment “Home Warranty” to get 20% off select home warranty plans and learn more. #homewarranty #americanhomeshield #fixerupper" has 3,056,899 views, 9,638 likes, 12 comments, 197 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
