Video insights

@kailapodz's TikTok video "There’s something really special about coming back to something you loved before life looked completely different. I used to dance competitively, and for years I thought I had to be in a certain shape, look a certain way, and dance a certain way to feel like I belonged in that world. After gaining weight and dealing with changes in my health, I convinced myself that maybe that part of my life was just over. But the funny thing about the things you truly love is that they’re still there when you’re ready to come back to them. I’m not the same dancer I was years ago. My body is different, my life is different, and getting through a practice doesn’t always feel as easy as it used to. But I’m learning that it doesn’t have to be the same to still be something I love. So here’s to finding your way back to the things that make you happy — even if you have to start a little differently than you did before. 🤍 #dance #weightlossjourney #dancejourney #ballroomdance" has 1,933 views, 131 likes, 4 comments, 0 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
