Recently, her oncologist told us there were no more treatment options available and that there was nothing else they could do. Canadian oncologist just told her, "there's nothing more we can do" BUT MD Anderson Cancer Center in Texas disagrees and she refuses to give up. After reaching out to a cancer center in the United States, she was told there are still options available. There are clinical trials and additional chemotherapy treatments that have shown promise and could give Marcie another chance. She is now hoping to travel to Arizona to receive treatment at Envita Medical Center. Marcie is determined to keep fighting and is willing to give everything she has to beat this disease. The cost of treatment has been estimated at $140,000 USD, an overwhelming amount for any family to face.
