Video insights
@noorbaqtiar's TikTok video "made this butter chicken crunchwrap with @gymkhanafinefoods butter masala sauce and it was so good 😭 you can either make butter chicken completely from scratch or take the shortcut with this jar because the ingredients are genuinely so clean, and the flavor still tastes super rich and restaurant quality. one of the the best things i’ve made in a while! all their sauces and marinades are inspired by the dishes from Gymkhana, the two Michelin star Indian restaurant in London, and you can really taste the quality. highly recommend if you want something easy that still feels special 🫶🏻 recipe: ingredients: for the chicken: * 400gm boneless chicken thigh/breast * salt to taste * 1/2 tsp turmeric powder * 1/2 tsp red chilli powder * 1/2 tsp cumin powder * 1 tsp ginger garlic paste OR 1 tsp crushed garlic 🧄 for the sauce: * 1 jar gymkhana butter masala sauce * 1/4th cup water * 2 tbsp heavy cream * handful of cilantro leaves for assembling: * 12 inch tortilla * 1 crispy tostada or small fried tortilla * mozzarella cheese * lettuce * finely chopped red onions * gutted tomatoes * small tortilla for sealing recipe: 1. marinate the chicken with all the ingredients listed above and fry until cooked through and golden. 2. in the same pan, pour in the gymkhana butter masala sauce. add 1/4th cup water into the empty jar, shake it really well, then pour that into the pan too so none of the sauce goes to waste. let it bubble for 2-3 minutes, then finish with heavy cream and cilantro. 3. add about 2 tbsp of the sauce into the fried chicken and mix well. 4. warm up a large tortilla in the microwave for about 15 seconds so it folds easily. add the butter chicken, about 1 cup mozzarella cheese, then place the crispy tostada on top. 5. add lettuce, red onions, tomatoes, more mozzarella cheese, then place a smaller tortilla on top and fold everything into a crunchwrap shape. 6. toast on a pan over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. keep extra sauce on the side for dipping because it makes it even better 🤌 #butterchicken #crunchwrap #fusionfood #indianfood #EasyRecipes" has 44,914 views, 1,765 likes, 7 comments, 293 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
