Since moving to Australia, I’ve gotten creative with Aussie grown ingredients to recreate the flavours I miss from home. INGREDIENTS 400g Perfection Fresh Petite Tomatoes™ 100g Perfection Fresh Kumato® Tomatoes 80g Brown Onion 60g Garlic Chives 2 tbsp Fish Sauce 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds ½ tbsp Sugar 4 tbsp Gochugaru (Chilli Powder) ½ tbsp Minced Garlic ½ tbsp Sesame Oil METHOD Wash and drain all of your produce. Slice Petite Tomatoes™ in halves, dice onion and chives finely and set aside. Quarter the Kumato® Tomatoes and blend until smooth using a blender or food processor. Add fish sauce, sugar, sesame seeds, gochugaru (chilli powder), sesame oil and minced garlic to the tomato puree to make your kimchi paste.
