@visionpainting23's TikTok video "#BEHRad 🩸 A way to stain, or re-stain your wood fence. For this project i used BEHR PREMIUM® SEMI-TRANSPARENT WATERPROOFING STAIN & SEALER. I used this product because the goal on every project i do is longevity. This product gives 8 years of protection which is pretty much unheard of with semi-transparent stains. Also this stuff resists rain after 4 hours and it can rain when you dont expect it to in Seattle. 🩸I love using @behrpro products because they are top rated on consumer reports for resistance to cracking, fading, and mildew. The point of emphasis with spraying a fence is to not shoot straight at the seams. Reason being it wont hit the insides of the boards as good which are visible And 2 it will shoot the product into your neighbors yard and hit whatever is behind the fence. 🩸 Depending on the surroundings you may need to shield the top of the fence to prevent overspray from getting into your neighbors yard. So you want to slightly angle the gun towards the direction your spraying to, go 1 way on the first coat and the opposite way on the second coat. After you pick the right spray tip to use Pay attention to the speed your spraying with. Transparent and semi transparent stains are very thin and can easily run down the surface if over applied. To make sure the coating is applied evenly you can always back roll with a 1/2” nap roller. #homeimprovement #DIY #satisfyingvideo #reels" has 1,347,749 views, 3,729 likes, 41 comments, 157 shares in the public metrics captured by this index.
