Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the onion, and sauté until softened. 3. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked. 4. Add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, paprika, and mixed pepper seasoning. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes so the meat absorbs all the flavors. 5. Remove the baked potatoes from the oven. Make a deep slit in each potato and gently open it up. 6. Place a small piece of butter inside each potato. Mash the potato flesh with a fork, add salt to taste, and mix well. 7. Spoon the cooked ground beef mixture over each potato. 8. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and return the dish to the oven at 200°C (400°F) for another 5–10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned golden. 9. Remove from the oven and serve hot. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
