🤯 My Guests Were OBSESSED… Everyone Asked for Seconds! 😍 🥔 Baked Potatoes with Ground Beef and Cheese Ingredients: Potatoes — 4 Ground beef — 300 g Onion — 1 Tomato paste — 1–2 tbsp Butter — a small piece for each potato Grated cheese — 100–150 g Olive oil or vegetable oil — a little Salt — to taste Black pepper — to taste Paprika — to taste Mixed pepper seasoning — to taste Instructions: 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and place them in a baking dish. Drizzle with a little olive oil or vegetable oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for approximately 40–60 minutes, or until tender, depending on their size. 2. While the potatoes are baking, finely dice the onion. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, add the onion, and sauté until softened. 3. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned and fully cooked. 4. Add the tomato paste, salt, black pepper, paprika, and mixed pepper seasoning. Stir well and cook for a few more minutes so the meat absorbs all the flavors. 5. Remove the baked potatoes from the oven. Make a deep slit in each potato and gently open it up. 6. Place a small piece of butter inside each potato. Mash the potato flesh with a fork, add salt to taste, and mix well. 7. Spoon the cooked ground beef mixture over each potato. 8. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and return the dish to the oven at 200°C (400°F) for another 5–10 minutes, until the cheese has melted and turned golden. 9. Remove from the oven and serve hot.
