Ingredients: 2 lbs lean ground beef 2 packets taco seasoning, about 1 oz each 1 cup water 2 cans pinto beans, 15 oz each, drained and rinsed 6 large burrito-size flour tortillas 5 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided Nonstick cooking spray Optional Toppings Sour cream Diced tomatoes Sliced green onions Chopped cilantro Salsa Directions: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
