Analyse de la vidéo

La vidéo TikTok de @amberrecipes « Cheesy Taco LASAGNA Casserole Layers of seasoned ground beef, tender pinto beans, soft flour tortillas, and loads of melted Mexican cheese make this taco lasagna casserole an easy, satisfying family dinner. Ingredients: 2 lbs lean ground beef 2 packets taco seasoning, about 1 oz each 1 cup water 2 cans pinto beans, 15 oz each, drained and rinsed 6 large burrito-size flour tortillas 5 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided Nonstick cooking spray Optional Toppings Sour cream Diced tomatoes Sliced green onions Chopped cilantro Salsa Directions: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Break it into small crumbles and cook for 8–10 minutes, until completely browned. Drain excess grease if necessary. Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the beef. Pour in 1 cup water, stir well, and simmer for 4–5 minutes, until the beef is flavorful and moist but not watery. Cut the large tortillas in half if needed so they fit neatly inside the casserole dish. Arrange 2 tortillas across the bottom of the prepared dish, overlapping slightly to completely cover the base. Spread half of the seasoned ground beef evenly over the tortillas. Add half of the pinto beans, then sprinkle 1½ cups shredded Mexican cheese blend evenly over the top. Add another layer of 2 tortillas, covering the filling. Spread the remaining ground beef over the tortillas. Add the remaining pinto beans, followed by another 1½ cups shredded cheese. Cover the filling with the final 2 tortillas, trimming or overlapping them as needed. Sprinkle the remaining 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend generously over the entire casserole. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for another 8–10 minutes, until the cheese is melted, bubbling, and lightly golden. Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before cutting it into 8 large rectangular portions in a 2-by-4 grid. Serve hot with sour cream, diced tomatoes, sliced green onions, chopped cilantro, or salsa if desired.
