Cheesy Taco LASAGNA Casserole Layers of seasoned ground beef, tender pinto beans, soft flour tortillas, and loads of melted Mexican cheese make this taco lasagna casserole an easy, satisfying family dinner. Ingredients: 2 lbs lean ground beef 2 packets taco seasoning, about 1 oz each 1 cup water 2 cans pinto beans, 15 oz each, drained and rinsed 6 large burrito-size flour tortillas 5 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided Nonstick cooking spray Optional Toppings Sour cream Diced tomatoes Sliced green onions Chopped cilantro Salsa Directions: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the ground beef to a large skillet over medium-high heat.
