Das TikTok-Video „Recipe⬇️ Ingredients - 500 g whole milk - 1 tbsp of vanilla extract - 120 g egg yolks (6 yolks) - 150 g sugar - 30 g cornstarch - 150 g dark chocolate 65-70% (I used Manjari from Valrhona) - In a separate bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar then add cornstarch. Put the vanilla extract in a saucepan with milk and heat up to a boil. Pour a bit of the milk (around 1/3) on the eggs mix. Whisk the eggs with the milk before transferring back into the saucepan with the rest of the milk. Heat everything at medium heat while continuously stirring to thicken the cream. Once it starts boiling, keep stirring and cooking for 2 more minutes. Remove from the stove, add the chocolate cut in small pieces and whisk well. Transfer in another recipient and protect with saran wrap directly on the cream. Let it cool down for at least 2 hours in the fridge.“ von @thepastrynerd kommt laut den von diesem Index erfassten öffentlichen Kennzahlen auf 40.813 Aufrufe, 3.179 Likes, 54 Kommentare, 363 Shares.
