Mix in the sauce packet, powder packet, butter, milk, cheddar, and corn until creamy and fully combined. Chill Mac & Cheese: Transfer to a bowl or small baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until cold and firm. Make Hush Puppy Batter: In a large bowl, mix the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
