Flip meat patty over and use a little ground beef to cover the other side of the cheese. Season both sides with BBQ seasoning. Wrap onion ring burger with 2 or 4 bacon slices. Place onion ring burgers in a preheated smoker and smoke for 1 1/2 hours, carefully flipping them after 90 minutes. Drizzle BBQ sauce on top for the last 10 minutes of smoking.
