Add the Alfredo. Pour both jars of Alfredo sauce over the noodles, spreading evenly. Add the chicken. Distribute the shredded chicken over the sauce. Pour in the liquids. Shake 1 cup water in one empty Alfredo jar and pour it over the casserole. Repeat with 1 cup heavy cream in the second jar. Make it cheesy. Sprinkle mozzarella, freshly grated Parmesan, and Italian seasoning evenly over the top. Bake. Bake for 45–50 minutes, until the ramen is tender, the sauce is bubbling, and the cheese is melted and golden. Cover loosely with foil if the top browns too quickly. Rest and serve. Let sit for 5 minutes before scooping into generous portions. Tip: Make sure the ramen stays well coated with sauce and liquid so the noodles soften evenly.
