They’re crispy on the outside, loaded with cheesy taco meat on the inside, and even better dipped in warm Gordo’s Homestyle Recipe Queso Dip! They’re easy enough to make for dinner, too. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauces and you’ve got something the whole family will love! Cheesy Beef Taquitos Ingredients • 2 pounds ground beef • ½ onion, diced • 2 tablespoons tomato paste • 2 ounces taco seasoning • 1 cup Gordo’s Homestyle Recipe Queso Dip • ½ cup water • 16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese • About 15 fajita-size flour tortillas • Cooking oil, for frying For Serving • Gordo’s Homestyle Recipe Queso Dip, warmed • Sour cream • Avocado lime ranch Instructions Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a large skillet over medium heat. Once the beef is fully cooked, drain off any excess grease. Stir in the tomato paste and cook for another 2 minutes. Add the taco seasoning, 1 cup of Gordo’s Homestyle Recipe Queso Dip and ½ cup water. Stir everything together and let it simmer for a few minutes, then remove it from the heat and allow the mixture to cool slightly. To assemble the taquitos, sprinkle some shredded mozzarella onto each tortilla and add a couple spoonfuls of the beef mixture. Roll each tortilla up tightly. Add about 1 inch of cooking oil to a large skillet and heat over medium heat. Working in batches, add the taquitos seam-side down.
