s’mores pumpkin banana bread 🍫✨ recipe: 2 ripe bananas, mashed ⅓ cup pumpkin purée (80g) ½ cup browned butter (113g) ½ cup brown sugar (100g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 large egg ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (60g) 1 tbsp vanilla paste (13g) 1¾ cups all-purpose flour (210g) ¼ cup finely crushed graham crackers (about 30g) 1 tsp baking powder (4g) 1 tsp baking soda (5g) ½ tsp salt (3g) 2 tsp cinnamon (5g) ½ tsp nutmeg ¼ tsp allspice mini chocolate chips, measure with your heart mini marshmallows, for topping graham crackers, for topping Hershey’s dark chocolate, for topping brown the butter until golden and fragrant, then let it cool slightly. to a bowl add the mashed bananas, pumpkin purée, and mix. add brown sugar, granulated sugar, browned butter, egg, Greek yogurt, and vanilla. mix until smooth and combined. in a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, crushed graham crackers, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and allspice. gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined. fold in the mini chocolate chips. pour the batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes or until fully baked through and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs. once the banana bread is fully baked, remove it from the oven and immediately cover the top with mini marshmallows. turn the oven to broil and place the bread back under the broiler for about 10–15 seconds, watching it VERY closely. the marshmallows can burn incredibly quickly! remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle crushed graham crackers and pieces of Hershey’s dark chocolate over the toasted marshmallows. let cool slightly before slicing. the chocolate will melt a little while the bread is hot but it’s better that way lol #smores #pumpkin #bananabread #Recipe #baking — TikTok di @sugarspiceddreams
