s’mores cookies with ghosts 👻✨ recipe: makes about 8 large cookies ingredients ½ cup browned butter (113g) ½ cup brown sugar (100g) ¼ cup granulated sugar (50g) 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla (5g) 1¼ cups all-purpose flour (150g) ½ tsp baking soda (3g) ¼ tsp salt (1.5g) & chocolate chips , measure with your heart 8 graham cracker pieces 8 pieces of chocolate 16 marshmallows for decorating edible food-safe marker!! ( pls don’t use a sharpie ) instructions brown the butter, then while it’s still very warm (almost hot, but not boiling), pour it directly over the brown sugar and granulated sugar. whisk until smooth and glossy. let the mixture cool for 1–2 minutes, then whisk in the egg and vanilla until fully combined. fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. fold in the chocolate chips and chunks. scoop about 3–4 oz of dough per cookie and flatten each piece slightly. to assemble, place a piece of graham cracker, dark chocolate, and a marshmallow on the baking sheet and place the flattened cookie dough over top, leave a small hole in the top so the marshmallow can seep through ! place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet with plenty of space between them, these cookies spread! bake at 350°f for about 12–15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the centers are still soft. start checking around 12 minutes since baking time will depend on the size of your cookies. while the cookies are still warm, gently spread the marshmallow apart around the opening if it hasn’t spread as much as you’d like. this gives the marshmallow that melted, gooey look on top of the cookie. use an edible food-safe marker to draw a little ghost face onto each marshmallow. place a decorated marshmallow on top of each warm cookie . #smores #cookies #chocolatechipcookies #Recipe #baking ib:skylermarie — TikTok di @sugarspiceddreams
