VANILLA BUTTERCREAM- 2 200g blocks softened unsalted butter 1 tsp vanilla extract or bean paste 4 cups powdered sugar Blend until smooth and stiff peaks form then set aside. Cut the tops off of both of your cakes to level them & then to a cake board, add a little frosting to the bottom and then add your first cake on top, layer more frosting in between and then add your cheesecake to the middle. Add another layer of frosting and then top with your 2nd cake. Frost your entire cake and then add swirls to the top along with fresh blueberries to the middle. I also added lemon slices for garnish, along with chopped white chocolate & lemon zest. ENJOY! #baking #cheesecake #fyp #blueberry #lemon — TikTok @jaaliyahs
