Analyse de la vidéo

La vidéo TikTok de @whatsmomcookin « Street Corn Taco Sweet Potatoes 🍠🌽🔥 Ingredients For the potatoes: * 4 medium sweet potatoes * 1 tablespoon olive oil * Salt, pepper, and smoked paprika, to taste For the taco beef: * 1 pound ground beef * 1 packet taco seasoning * ¼ cup water For the street corn topping: * 1 standard-size can regular whole kernel corn, fire-roasted corn, or Mexican street corn blend, drained * 1 tablespoon butter * 1½ teaspoons Fire & Smoke Society Charred Chili & Lime Fresh Mex Blend, divided, or your favorite Mexican-style seasoning * ½ cup diced red onion * 1 diced jalapeño, optional * 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro * ½ cup plain Greek yogurt, sour cream, or mayonnaise * ½ teaspoon chili powder * Juice of 1 lime * ½ cup crumbled Cotija cheese For serving: * Additional fresh cilantro * Tajín seasoning * Hot honey Instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise. Brush the cut sides with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Place cut side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Roast for about 40 minutes, or until fork-tender. 2. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease if needed. Stir in the taco seasoning and water. Simmer over low heat until the sauce thickens and coats the beef. 3. Melt the butter in another skillet over medium-high heat. Add the drained corn and 1 teaspoon of the Fresh Mex seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the corn develops browned spots. Remove from the heat and let cool slightly. 4. Transfer the corn to a bowl. Stir in the red onion, optional jalapeño, cilantro, Greek yogurt, remaining ½ teaspoon Fresh Mex seasoning, chili powder, lime juice, and Cotija cheese. Taste and adjust the seasoning as desired. 5. Turn the potatoes cut side up and fluff the insides with a fork. Top with the taco beef and street corn mixture. Finish with additional cilantro, Tajín, and a drizzle of hot honey. #sweetpotato #tacos #streetcorn #dinner #EasyRecipe » compte 17 429 vues, 566 j’aime, 13 commentaires et 158 partages dans les indicateurs publics relevés par cet index.
