Análisis del vídeo

El vídeo de TikTok de @heyelle_budgetmeals “FULL RECIPE BELOW But first… 👉🏽 if you are tired of having to figure out what’s for dinner 👉🏽 and it would really help if someone writes down your weekly grocery list for you that you can just add to your cart with one click 👉🏽 My meal plan is available on my bio and all my recipes use simple ingredients that keep the grocery cost down Soup season is upon us and I want to kick it off with my kids’ favorite chowder - although it’s ALWAYS soup season in this house. 😅 INGREDIENTS: 3 chicken breasts cut in smaller pieces 6 cups of broth or water 1 cup of heavy cream or half n half 1-2 whole onion thinly sliced 3-4 cloves of garlic minced 1 bell pepper cubed 2-3 potatoes cubed 3 cobs of corn 1 tsp dill 1 tsp Italian seasoning 3 tbsp chicken bouillon (I added this to my water - you may still need to add some to broth but do it according to taste) Seasoning for chicken: Garlic powder Onion powder Paprika Salt Pepper INSTRUCTIONS: On medium-high heat, sauté the onions until deeply browned. I like to get the edges nice and crispy. This process can take a while, so I add about ⅓ cup of water in the beginning to help the onions cook down faster. Let the water cook out completely, then add oil and continue sautéing until the onions are browned and crispy. Season the chicken generously and sear it in the same pan. Once the chicken is nicely browned on the outside, add the garlic, potatoes, bell pepper, and corn. I also added a couple of tomatoes because I had some that needed to be used. Pour in 6 cups of water or broth. Add chicken bouillon according to taste. I used water and added about 3 tablespoons of chicken bouillon. Stir in 1 teaspoon of dill and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. Let everything simmer until the vegetables are tender and the chicken is cooked through. Turn the heat down to low and stir in 1 cup of cream. You can also substitute half-and-half. Adjust taste by adding more cream, salt and pepper. Top with the onions we set aside, some fresh parsley or dill, and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.” tiene 4,466 visualizaciones, 268 me gusta, 14 comentarios y 44 compartidos en las métricas públicas registradas por este índice.
