Análisis del vídeo

El vídeo de TikTok de @heyelle_budgetmeals “This is one of the easiest ways I save both money AND time when feeding my family. Today, that pork became this Filipino-inspired adobo stir fry. FULL RECIPE BELOW ❤️ If you’re new here and you: 👉🏽 have decision fatigue and tired of having to figure out what’s for dinner 👉🏽 are tired of planning groceries and you want a list that comes with an “add everything to cart” option so with one click you can be done 👉🏽 are tired of the rising cost of groceries and want recipes that use simple, affordable ingredients 👉🏽 My meal plans will solve these things for you. LINK IN BIO SLOW COOKING: This series will focus on meals I make out of a slow cooked pork shoulder. All you need for the first part is a 10 lb pork shoulder and your favorite seasonings. Pat dry the pork and season generously - I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Sear all sides and throw it in the crockpot on the lowest setting for 10 hours along with 1 cup of water, bay leaves and more seasoning (I throw in about 1 tbsp of the same seasonings and a little sprinkle of salt and pepper). You don’t want a lot of salt here because you want to add the actual flavor when cooking the dishes. Once slow cooking is done, divide the meat and broth into containers to make cooking easier for the rest of the week. PORK ADOBO STIR FRY Ingredients: About 1-2 lbs of the slow cooked meat 1/2 or 1 whole onion sliced 1-2 bell peppers sliced Sauce: 2 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp seasoned rice vinegar 2 tbsp water 2 cloves of garlic grated freshly ground black pepper according to taste a pinch of sugar (how much sugar you add is going to depend on the vinegar you use, some vinegars are stronger in taste and will require more sugar - I ended up adding about 1/2 tbsp) NOTE: Taste your sauce before adding it to the stir fry. Adjust ingredients according to your taste. Instructions: Heat up pan on medium to medium high heat. Add oil and sear onion and bell peppers. Do not overcook. You want it a little bit crispy. Set aside. In the same pan, sear the slow cooked meat. Once the meat is getting to your desired brownness, add the onions and bell peppers back to the pan and sear some more. Turn the heat on low and pour the sauce in the pan. Toss and stir until everything is coated and the sauce has been absorbed by the meat. Serve over rice.” tiene 10,445 visualizaciones, 542 me gusta, 15 comentarios y 37 compartidos en las métricas públicas registradas por este índice.
