Phân tích video
Video TikTok “Here’s exactly what I would do if I was trying to drop 20 pounds in the next 4 months 👇🏼 And I’m not talking about losing a bunch of water weight just to gain it back. I’m talking about actually losing body fat AND keeping it off. First, I would NOT starve myself or start exhausting myself in the gym multiple times a day. Instead, I would: Eat in a modest calorie deficit, around 500 calories less per day. For many women, that may look somewhere around 1,500-1,900 calories per day depending on your body and activity level. Download an app like MFP and pre-plan my meals a day in advance. This is one of my favorite tricks because instead of getting to the end of the day and realizing you’re out of calories, protein, or both, you already know exactly what you’re eating. And yes, I would intentionally plan for dinners out, drinks, dessert, or whatever else I wanted so I could still have a healthy and balanced social life. Buy one of those big-ass water bottles 😂 Stanley, Simple Modern, one of those kinda ugly gallon jugs. Literally who cares. I’d drink 16 oz when I wake up, 16 oz before each meal, and aim for around a gallon throughout the day. Weight lift 3-4x per week and walk for 60 minutes per day. Outside. Treadmill. 12-3-30. Two 30-minute walks. It doesn’t matter. I wouldn’t subscribe to some crazy fitness routine I know I’m going to quit in 3 weeks. I’d pick something I can actually see myself doing consistently for the next 4 months. And lastly, I would visualize the hottest, healthiest, happiest version of myself...and start making decisions like her. Because even though your life is NOT defined by the number on the scale, it’s okay to want to take control of your health. It’s okay to want to lose weight. It’s okay to want to feel confident in your body. And it’s okay to want to feel hot AF while doing it. 🤍 Follow gensgym for more realistic women’s weight loss tips from your diet-culture-demystifying internet big sis 🫶🏼” của @gensgym có 4.999 lượt xem, 100 lượt thích, 1 bình luận, 2 lượt chia sẻ trong số liệu công khai mà chỉ mục này ghi nhận.
