Take a little of the loose clay, mix it with some seawater until it turns into a muddy paste and cover your arms, legs or basically your entire body 😂. Then let it dry in the sun until you start looking slightly prehistoric, before jumping into the Ionian Sea to wash it all off. And there is actually some logic behind it.
