Alhamdulillah for a beautiful and deeply transformative journey with the Shifaa Method. 🤍 @daralshifaa_wellbeing I had the opportunity to learn alongside practitioners from all over the world, exploring a heart-centered, somatic approach to healing rooted in Islamic psychology. What made this training so special to me was that we weren’t just learning about healing. We were invited to do the inner work ourselves. To slow down, reconnect with our hearts, listen to our bodies, and reflect on our own journey back to our fitrah and to Allah. Some moments were deep and emotional, others were filled with laughter, connection with nature, and beautiful suhbah. And I think that’s what made this experience so meaningful. There was space for all of it. A special thank you to Dr. Abdallah Rothman and Ustadha Saman Hussain for guiding us through this journey with so much wisdom, compassion, patience, and ihsan. May Allah reward you both for the knowledge you share and the hearts you touch. If there’s one thing I’m taking away from this training, it’s that healing is so much more than understanding our thoughts and emotions. Our hearts, bodies, and souls are all part of the journey. And at the center of it all is the reminder that Allah is Ash-Shāfī, the One who heals, and healing comes from Him. ✨ I’m leaving with a grateful heart, beautiful connections, and so much to continue reflecting on and integrating, both personally and in the work I do with others.
