In a bowl, combine the sugar and lemon zest. 3. Add the softened butter and mix until the mixture is light and fluffy. 4. Mix in the eggs well before adding the lemon juice and vanilla extract until smooth. 6. Add the flour and salt, mixing gently just until incorporated. 7. Lightly coat the blueberries with 1 Tbsp flour, then fold them into the batter along with the white chocolate chips. 8. Transfer the batter to your prepared pan and spread it evenly. Add extra blueberries and white chocolate chips on top if desired. 9. Bake for 26-31 minutes, until the surface looks set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let cool completely in the pan. Make the glaze: 1. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth. 2. Pour over the cooled bars and spread evenly.
