Mélangez le beurre noisette avec le sucre brun et le sucre en poudre. 2. Ajoutez l’œuf et l’arôme vanille, puis mélangez bien. 3. Incorporez la farine, la levure chimique et le sel. Mélangez jusqu’à obtenir une pâte homogène. 4. Ajoutez les pépites de chocolat au lait et mélangez une dernière fois. 5. Formez 7 boules de pâte et disposez-les sur une plaque recouverte de papier cuisson. Ajoutez quelques pépites de chocolat sur le dessus. 6. Enfournez dans un four préchauffé à 175°C pendant environ 15 minutes. 7. Dès la sortie du four, utilisez un bol légèrement plus grand que les cookies pour leur donner une belle forme ronde, en effectuant de petits mouvements circulaires autour de chacun. 8. Laissez les cookies refroidir complètement. 9. Faites fondre les marshmallows au micro-ondes pendant 20 secondes maximum, puis mélangez si nécessaire. 10. Avec les doigts, étirez le marshmallow fondu au-dessus des cookies pour créer des toiles d’araignée. 11. Ajoutez les petits yeux en sucre pour terminer la décoration. Mix the browned butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar. 2. Add the egg and vanilla extract, then mix well. 3. Add the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until a smooth dough forms. 4. Fold in the milk chocolate chips and mix one last time. 5. Shape the dough into 7 balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Add a few extra chocolate chips on top. 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. 7. As soon as the cookies come out of the oven, use a bowl slightly larger than each cookie to shape them into perfect circles by making small circular movements around them. 8. Leave the cookies to cool completely. 9. Microwave the marshmallows for no more than 20 seconds, then stir if needed. 10. Stretch the melted marshmallow between your fingers over the cookies to create spiderwebs. 11. Add the edible sugar eyes to finish decorating.
