Once the water is released, increase the heat and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until the meat is tender and turns a beautiful reddish-brown color. Finally, add 1 tablespoon of ghee and mix everything well for extra flavor! That’s basically it! The more meat you have, the longer it takes to cook.
