Let set. 7. For the sauce, combine raspberries, sugar, lemon juice and water in a saucepan. Simmer for 5–8 minutes, stirring and gently crushing the berries. Cool completely. 8. Serve ghosts over a spoonful of raspberry sauce with fresh berries.
