And the reviews are pretty strong for the price too. So if you’re looking for a cheap hotel in New York or trying to keep your NYC trip on a budget, definitely have a look at this one. Then: learn how to do the Brooklyn Bridge properly. 👇 First thing — go at sunrise. It’s quieter, the light is beautiful and you actually get a chance to enjoy it without fighting through crowds. And when you’re on the Brooklyn Bridge, you’ve got to come here for that famous photo 📸 Then head up these steps, through here and you’ll get an amazing view of Manhattan. Finish by coming here too — there are free toilets in here, btw 😂 But really… You’re here for this view. And it costs absolutely nothing. So if you’re looking for free things to do in NYC, put this on the list. And finally: stop queuing for Joe’s Pizza near Times Square. 🍕 You’ve probably heard all about it. And the pizza is well nice, don’t get me wrong. But the queue can be ridiculous. Instead, make the trip to the original Joe’s Pizza in Greenwich Village. You’ll see a completely different part of New York and, usually, spend nowhere near as long waiting. Usually. 😂 And honestly, this is how I’d plan a New York trip now. Save money where you can, then spend it on the things you actually want to do. Because some of the best NYC travel tips aren't about finding more tourist attractions.
