Approfondimenti sul video
Il video TikTok «It’s Florida lobster season, and this simple grilled spiny lobster lets the sweet lobster meat shine. No fancy ingredients—just garlic butter, fresh lemon, and a hot grill. Perfect for a backyard cookout or a sunset dinner on the patio. Recipe Serves: 4 Ingredients * 4 Florida spiny lobster tails * ½ cup unsalted butter * 5 cloves garlic, minced * 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped * 1 teaspoon paprika * ½ teaspoon Old Bay seasoning (optional) * 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice * Salt and black pepper to taste * Lemon wedges for serving Instructions 1. Using kitchen shears, cut through the top of each lobster shell from the open end toward the tail. 2. Gently lift the lobster meat out, leaving it attached at the tail, and rest it on top of the shell. 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high (about 400°F). 4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in the garlic, paprika, Old Bay, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. 5. Brush the lobster generously with the garlic butter. 6. Grill shell-side down for 8–10 minutes, brushing with more butter halfway through, until the meat is opaque and reaches 140–145°F. 7. Finish with another drizzle of garlic butter and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Serve with: * Grilled corn on the cob * Roasted baby potatoes * Citrus slaw * Crusty bread for dipping in the extra garlic butter Hashtags #FloridaLobster #LobsterSeason #FloridaKeys #SeafoodLover #GrilledLobster» di @cravethisplate ha totalizzato 10.664 visualizzazioni, 106 like, 4 commenti, 42 condivisioni nelle metriche pubbliche rilevate da questo indice.
