Season the lamb chops with salt, black pepper, paprika, rosemary, and thyme. Drizzle with olive oil and rub the seasonings evenly over both sides. 2\. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the lamb chops for 3–5 minutes per side, depending on thickness and desired doneness. 3\. Reduce the heat to medium-low. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Spoon the garlic butter over the lamb chops for about 1 minute. Cook to your preferred doneness, then finish with lemon juice and parsley. Rest for 5 minutes before serving. 4\. To prepare the rice, heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and red bell pepper and cook for 3–4 minutes until softened. 5\. Stir in the minced garlic, paprika, turmeric, black pepper, and rice. Cook for 1–2 minutes, stirring to coat the rice with the seasonings. 6\. Pour in the chicken broth and add salt to taste. Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 15–18 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid has been absorbed. Let rest, covered, for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork and stir in parsley. 7\. For the shrimp, melt the butter with olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 8\. Add the shrimp, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through. 9\.
