Season the chicken Pat the chicken breasts dry. Combine Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning generously over both sides of the chicken. 2. Sear the chicken Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5–7 minutes per side, depending on thickness, until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove the chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice it into strips. 3. Make the creamy sauce Using the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, and black pepper. Stir and let it gently simmer for 3–5 minutes. 4. Add Parmesan Lower the heat and gradually stir in the Parmesan cheese. Continue stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and creamy. Add parsley and adjust the salt to taste. 5. Prepare the rice Cook the rice with chicken broth, butter, and salt until fluffy. Let it rest for about 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork. 6. Assemble Spoon the fluffy rice onto a white plate. Place the sliced Cajun chicken over the rice and generously drizzle the creamy sauce over the chicken and rice. Sprinkle with fresh parsley. ✨ For that restaurant-style look Add a little extra sauce around the rice, arrange the chicken slices slightly overlapping, and finish with fresh parsley and a light sprinkle of Cajun seasoning. 🔥 Creamy Cajun Chicken & Rice!
