How NOT to budget. 👆🏼 [And the 3 things to do instead!] ⚡️💰 1️⃣ On average, over time, spend less than you earn. The only way to reliably track this is to use a zero-based budget (that’s the method). My Zero Debt Budget System follows this method and has helped my clients pay off tens of thousands of dollars of debt. 2️⃣ Pay off debt. Use a debt calculator to make a plan and then follow the plan. Note: you’ll need your budget (above) in order to know exactly how much you can send to debt every month. Once you have this info, you’ll know when you can be debt-free. My Debt Dashboard™ does all of this, but also works like GPS for your debt payoff journey. It auto-recalculates every month based on where things actually stand (not where you thought you’d be when you made the plan 6 months ago). So you never need to start over even when life happens. 3️⃣ Heal your relationship with money. Most people who have debt from overspending have limiting beliefs and fears about money that are running the show below the surface. Until you recognize and acknowledge these beliefs, release them (subconsciously), and choose new beliefs, you’ll keep repeating the same patterns. My Root Release Session on the fear of Never Enough Money helps you begin this process so that your spending choices are truly your own, and not based on your nervous system’s fears. 🍁 If you’re ready to get started and take control of your money this fall, you can find all of those tools at my website. ⚡️ You can even save $50 by grabbing my Money Freedom Starter Pack for just $97 or 2 monthly payments of $49.
