Line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper on all sides. 2. Place the shortbread cookies in a food processor and pulse until broken down into fine crumbs. Add the melted butter, sugar, and milk. Pulse to combine. 3. Transfer half of the mixture into the prepared pan and pat into an even layer. Place in the freezer for 10 minutes to set. Remove from the pan and place in the freezer to set, 4. Line the pan again with parchment paper and transfer the second half of the crust into the pan, patting into an even layer. 5. Top with alternating scoops of Talenti Summer Strawberry Sorbetto and Talenti Zesty Lemon Sorbetto. Use a butter knife to swirl together and then an offset spatula to spread into a flat, even layer. 6. Take the other layer of shortbread crust out of the freezer, invert the pan to release the slab and carefully place on top of the sorbetto layer, gently pressing it in to seal together.
