In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, cheddar cheese, chili powder, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the corn, bacon, jalapeño, and green onions. Spread into a small baking dish or foil pan. Top with cotija or feta cheese. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until hot and bubbly. Drizzle with hot honey right before serving.
