Make the banana batter In a large bowl, mash the bananas. Add the granulated sugar and brown sugar and mix well. Add the egg and whisk for 2–3 minutes, until the mixture becomes lighter and slightly fluffy. Add the melted butter, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and gently fold until just combined. Don't overmix. Mix the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and salt until you have a thick, spreadable paste. 4. Layer and swirl Grease and line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment. Pour in about half of the banana batter. Dollop half of the cinnamon mixture over the batter and gently swirl it in with a knife. Add the remaining banana batter, then spoon the remaining cinnamon mixture over the top. Swirl again, being careful not to overdo it. Preheat your oven to 350 f. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt and beat until creamy. Add 1–2 tablespoons of heavy cream or milk until you get a smooth, spreadable consistency. Spread over the completely cooled banana bread. #Recipe #bananabread #cinnamon” tiene 52,250 visualizaciones, 3,479 me gusta, 13 comentarios y 268 compartidos en las métricas públicas registradas por este índice.
