Análisis del vídeo
El vídeo de TikTok de @recipelady1111 “Clam Chowder Bread Bowl 🥣🥖🥓 Thick, creamy, and loaded with tender clams, buttery potatoes, and crispy bacon, all served steaming hot inside a massive, hollowed-out sourdough bread bowl. Pure, carb-loaded winter comfort that warms you up from the inside out! Prep time: 20 mins | Cook time: 35 mins | Total time: 55 mins | Servings: 4 Ingredients: 4 small round sourdough bread loaves, hollowed out 3 cans (6.5 oz each) chopped clams (drain and reserve the juice) 4 slices thick-cut bacon, chopped 3 tbsp unsalted butter 1 large yellow onion, diced 2 stalks celery, diced 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups russet potatoes, peeled and diced 1 cup heavy cream 1 cup whole milk 1/2 tsp dried thyme Salt and black pepper to taste Fresh parsley, chopped Instructions: In a large heavy Dutch oven, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and leave the fat in the pot. Add the butter to the bacon fat and melt. Toss in the diced onion and celery, cooking for 5 to 7 minutes until soft and translucent. Sprinkle the flour over the vegetables and stir constantly for 2 minutes to create a light blond roux. Slowly pour in the reserved clam juice, whisking constantly to ensure there are no lumps. Add the diced potatoes and dried thyme. Bring the soup to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes until the potatoes are completely tender. Stir in the heavy cream, whole milk, chopped clams, and half of the crispy bacon. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes until heated through and thickened. Do not let it boil! Taste and season with salt and black pepper as needed. Ladle the steaming, thick chowder into the hollowed-out sourdough bread bowls. Garnish with the remaining crispy bacon and fresh parsley. Pro Tip: Save the bread you scoop out of the middle of the loaves and toast the pieces in the oven with a little garlic butter for the ultimate dipping tool! Oyster crackers on top or dipping the bread lid? Let's settle this! #ClamChowderBreadBowls #recipelady1111 #saveforlater #followmeformore #fyp” tiene 3,943 visualizaciones, 172 me gusta, 15 comentarios y 22 compartidos en las métricas públicas registradas por este índice.
