Análisis del vídeo

El vídeo de TikTok de @allrecipes “Ring in the start of fall with this decadent Brown Butter Apple Upside Down Cake! 🍁🧡 The caramel topping comes together in one pot in 5 minutes and the cake uses brown butter, sour cream, and almond flour for a super tender slice. 😋 Keep reading or get the full recipe details at the link in our bio! ⤴️ Ingredients: 🍏 Topping: 2 large Granny Smith apples, or more as needed, peeled and thinly sliced (1/4-inch slices) 1/2 cup brown sugar 3 tablespoons unsalted butter 2 tablespoons heavy cream 1 pinch salt 🍰 Cake Batter: 10 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup almond flour 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt 1/2 cup white sugar 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 large eggs 1/3 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Whipped cream, for serving Directions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch cake pan and arrange apple slices in a spiral pattern. Combine brown sugar, butter, cream, and a pinch of salt in a small pot set over medium heat. Cook until melted and bubbly, 4 to 5 minutes. Pour over apples in the pan. Add 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter to a small pot and cook over medium heat, whisking often, until foamy and brown, about 5 minutes. The brown butter will have a nutty aroma. Set aside and let cool for 10 minutes. Add all-purpose flour, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a bowl. Whisk to combine. Add white sugar, dark brown sugar, and brown butter to a large mixing bowl; mix to combine. Whisk in eggs, sour cream, and vanilla extract. Add flour mixture and fold in with a spatula just until a smooth batter forms. Pour batter over the apples and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, 36 to 40 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes. Place a large plate over the cake pan and carefully flip it over to release the cake.
