The serene white wood interior and the rhythm of the chef's work make it easy to forget you are in the middle of one of Tokyo's busiest districts. If you are looking for some of the best omakase in Shinjuku, I would highly recommend this place. The course will be a little high with drink pairing, so it is a proper splurge, but the quality absolutely justifies it. Just be sure to reserve online ahead of time.
