Análisis del vídeo

El vídeo de TikTok de @cravethisplate “Skip the takeout tonight. This shrimp fried rice is loaded with juicy shrimp, fluffy scrambled eggs, crisp veggies, and perfectly seasoned rice. The secret is using cold, day-old rice so every grain fries up instead of turning mushy. Fast, easy, and on the table in about 25 minutes. Servings: 4 Ingredients * 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined * 3 cups cooked cold jasmine rice, preferably day-old * 2 eggs, lightly beaten * 1 cup frozen peas and carrots * 3 green onions, sliced * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 3 tablespoons soy sauce * 1 tablespoon oyster sauce * 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil * 2 tablespoons avocado or vegetable oil, divided * ½ teaspoon ground ginger * Black pepper, to taste Directions 1. Pat the shrimp dry and season lightly with pepper. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook about 1–2 minutes per side, just until pink and cooked through. Remove and set aside. 3. Add the beaten eggs to the skillet and scramble until just set. Remove with the shrimp. 4. Add the remaining oil, peas and carrots, garlic, and white portions of the green onions. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes. 5. Add the cold rice. Break apart any clumps and stir-fry over high heat for 3–4 minutes, letting some of the rice lightly toast. 6. Stir together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and ginger. Pour over the rice and toss well. 7. Return the shrimp and eggs to the skillet. Toss everything together for another 1–2 minutes. 8. Finish with the remaining green onions and serve hot. Tip: Don’t overcrowd the pan or drown the rice in soy sauce. High heat + cold rice gives you that restaurant-style fried rice texture. #ShrimpFriedRice #EasyDinnerIdeas #BetterThanTakeout #ShrimpRecipes #AsianInspiredRecipes” tiene 4,297 visualizaciones, 52 me gusta, 1 comentarios y 21 compartidos en las métricas públicas registradas por este índice.
